Vyjádření k mému zatčení

V neděli 4.9.2016 jsem byl v Mostě zadržen policií a následně převezen do vazební věznice v Litoměřicích. Stalo se to, co jsem si nepřál, ale celou dobu věděl, že k tomu může kdykoliv dojít. Dlouhá psychická příprava na takové události mi teď naštěstí umožnuje zvládat s klidem řadu nepříjemných situací, kterým jsem nyní vystaven nejen já, ale zřejmě i mě blízcí lidé.

Byl jsem zajat těmi, co hájí panství kapitálu nad našimi životy. Nic to však nemění na mé vůli pokračovat po cestě, kterou jsem si vybral. Budu nadále bořit i tvořit. Bojovat a milovat. Zůstávám anarchistou se vším, co k tomu patří. Rozhodl jsem se prozatím sepsat jen několik odstavců k mému uvěznění. Zajisté se brzy vyjádřím i k dalším tématům, která považuji za důležitá.

Před zatčením

Není žádným tajemstvím, že jsem se v jistém momentu rozhodl “zmizet” v obavách, že policie plánuje mé uvězneění. Své teorie a důvody jsem vyjádřil ve svém textu Zmizení z dohledu státní moci, které publikovaly různé weby anarchistického hnutí. Volba, kterou jsem udělal, mi umožnila dlouhé měsíce žít skrytě a celkem šťastně. Volně jsem se pohyboval a měl kvalitní stravu. Domovem pro mě byl celý svět a v něm jsem nalézal svá útočiště pro kulturní a sociální bytí. Emoční a materiální zabezpečení mi dalo energii dál pokračovat v bojích za emancipaci. Věděl jsem, jaká rizika jsou s tím spojena, ale nikdy jsem neuvažoval o tom s tím skončit. Neuvažuju o tom ani teď. Vymaněni se z diktatury států a kapitalismu je natolik přitažlivý cíl, že není možné od něj odvrátit mou pozornost. Dokonce ani tím, že mi mocní hrozí prstem, obuškem, kriminálem… Být anarchistou pro mě znamená takové hrozby přijmout jako nevyhnutelný důsledek mnou vyjádřené touhy po svobodě. Jako jev spojený s každodeností rebela. Jev, kterému se nemohu vyhnout, ale mohu mu vzdorovat. A taky že to dělám a budu dělat.

Okolnosti zatčení

Policie mě zatkla v Mostě, tedy ve městě, kde jsem se narodil a dlouhou dobu žil. Mám tu část rodiny a mnoho přátel. S některými jsme v Mostě provozovali komunitní centrum Ateneo a organizovali dlouhou řadu akcí souvisejících s anarchistickým hnutím. Zkrátka, má osoba v tomto městě je dost známá jak obyvatelstvu, tak policii a byrokratům.

Někteří lidé budou považovat za projev “hlouposti”, že jsem se rozhodl přijít právě do tohoto města v době, kdy na mě byl vydán evropský zatykač. I kdyby si to mysleli mí nejbližší, nebudu jim to mít za zlé. Oni na věc nahlížejí z jiné pozice, než já. Rozumím tedy tomu, že někteří třeba nenaleznou pochopení pro myšlenky a činy člověka, který se pohyboval delší dobu v undergroundu. Existence člověka na útěku je spojena s odloučením od blízkých osob, se kterými dříve byl v úzkém a častém kontaktu. Je to jedna z nejnáročnějších věcí se kterou se člověk v takové situaci musí vyrovnávat. Shánění prostředků, jídla, úkrytů nebo zajišťování bezpečnosti jsou oproti tomu celkem snadné úkoly. Jsou dva způsoby, jak na to odloučení lze reagovat. Buď ho pasivně přijmout a tím se vystavit trápení a nekončící frustraci. Nebo se pokusit odloučení překonat občasnými kontakty, čímž se ovšem výrazně zvyšuje riziko dopadení policií. Já se “instinktivně” přiklonil k této druhé možnosti. Věděl jsem, co mi hrozí a o co mohu přijít. Věděl jsem ale také, že v izolaci mohu přijít o hodnotu, která je pro mne velmi důležitá – kontakty s lidmi, na kterých mi záleží a kterým záleží na mě. Právě proto jsem se odhodlal vstoupit do Mostu s vědomím rizik.

Vše mohlo proběhnout hladce a já bych se brzy přesunul na bezpečnější místo, nebyl to těžký úkol a pečlivě jsem se na něj připravil. Jenže jak každý jistě ví, do života někdy vstupují nečekané děje, které jedinec nemůže předvídat a není v jeho moci je zvrátit. V takových případech nepomůže ani příprava ani vůle nebo schopnosti. Člověk je vláčen událostmi bez toho, aby jim mohl předejít nebo je změnit. Přesně k tomu došlo v mém případě. Důsledkem toho se mi nejen nepodařilo navázat kontakt, ale navíc jsem byl zatčený. Nebudu nyní rozvádět proč a jak přesně k tomu došlo. Možná se k tomu ještě někdy vrátím.

Usnesení policie

Krátce po zatčení mi bylo předáno usnesení o zahájení trestního stíhání. K celé věci jsem se rozhodl využít práva nevypovídat. Případ vyšetřuje policejní útvar pro odhalování organizovaného zločinu (ÚOOZ). Viní mě ze založení, podpory a propagace hnutí směřujícího k potlačení práv a svobod člověka. Podle ÚOOZ jsem založil Síť revolučních buněk (SRB), podílel na některých akcích SRB, sepsal některá komuniké SRB a všechna komuniké zveřejnil na webu Asociace Alerta. Dále tvrdí, že jsem se dopustil přečinu poškození cizí věci a to 4x. Dvakrát při žhářském útoku na policejní auto. Jendou při žhářském útoku na dveře prodejny. A jednou nastříkáním dvou nápisů na zeď vazební věznice Praha Ruzyně. A nakonec ÚOOZ tvrdí také to, že jsem se dopustil vydírání provozovatele restaurace Řízkárna.

Pozorně jsem nastudoval usnesení abych zjistil, na čem ÚOOZ zakládá svá přesvědčení, že jsem se dopustil uvedených činů. Upřímně, velmi mě to uklidnilo, protože uvedené “důkazy” jsou směs spekulací a vyhodnocení “stop”, které ve skutečnosti neprokazují mou účast na těch činech.

Obhajoba

Jak je známo, nechovám sympatie k soudnímu systému. Považuju ho za součást represivních nástrojů kapitalismu, jehož jsem odpůrcem. Přesto jsem se rozhodl zkusit se obhájit u soudu s ohledem na vratkost “důkazů”, které proti mě ÚOOZ předkládá. Uvědomuji si, že tato volba znamená bojovat na území nepřátel s omezenými prostředky, které mi ponechají. Proto nepodléhám přehnaným očekáváním ani iluzím, že soud je nezávislá instituce, která může sloužit emancipačnímu boji.

Budu se u soudu obhajovat, ale i nadále si stojím za tvrzením, že anarchistický boj musí vycházet primárně z podvratné logiky přímých akcí nikoliv ze spoléhání se na institucionální nástrojestátu a nepřímé (zastupiteli zprostředkované) formy akcí. Z toho, co dlouhé roky říkám a dělám, je jasně čitelné, jaké druhy boje upřednostňuji. Budu podle toho dál jednat a žádám o to i ostatní lidi, co se mnou solidarizují.

Stále nebezpečný a ozbrojený

V době mého skrývání mě policie a média označili za nebezpečného a ozbrojeného. Potvrdil jsem to v textu – Lukáš Borl v hledáčku policie. Po zatčení mi policie odebrala pepřový obraný sprej, kovový boxer, plynovou pistoli se dvěma zásobníky a 23 náboji (pozn. tyto zbraně jsou v ČR legálně dostupné i bez zbrojního průkazu). Nyní mě drží ve vězení. Já si však stále stojím za tím, že jsem nebezpečný a ozbrojený. Nebezpečný (pro kapitalismus), protože i za mřížemi se odmítám adaptovat na podmínky vykořisťování a podněcuji druhé, aby se proti nim bouřili. Jsem stále ozbrojený, protože mou ochotu být solidární mi nedokázali odebrat a zaprotokolovat jako věc důležitou pro trestní řízení. Solidární a vzpurné jednání jsou zbraně, které mám stále pod kontrolou. Jsem připraven je použít. Dělal jsem to, dělám to a budu to dělat.

Terén boje

Jako anarchista jsem si byl vždy vědom možnosti zatčení. Každý režim přeci potlačuje svou opozici takovým způsobem. Teď jsem ve vazbě, ale nepovažuji to za konec anarchistické cesty. Vězení je jen jednou z mnoha fází, kterou revolucionář může (ale nemusí) projít. Není to konec. Jen změna okolností terénu na kterém teď budu vstupovat do dalších bojů proti původcům útlaku. Těší mě, že do těchto bojů mohu stále vstupovat společně s dalšími anarchisty a anarchistkami. S těmi, co chápou, že kolektivní boj je jediné východisko z bahna kapitalismu.

Solidární akce

Každý, kdo cítí potřebu mě podpořit může volit z dlouhé řady možností. Prostředky a načasování, ať volí každý podle vlastních úvah. Nebudu nikomu říkat, co a jak. Vysloveně si ale nepřeji, aby se kdokoliv za mě a bez mého souhlasu distancoval od přímých akcí realizovaných na mou podporu. Nebudu-li s nějakou akcí souhlasit, tak svou kritiku vyjádřím sám, budu-li to považovat za důležité.

Malá rada pro ty, co pochybují o tom, jaké akce bych uvítal: informujte se o mé minulosti, čímž pochopíte, jaké zastávám ideové pozice. Stanou-li se pro vás čitelné moje postoje, rozpadnou se vaše pochybnosti o tom, jaké akce bych uvítal a jaké nikoliv. Není na co čekat.

Žádný sociální smír s těmi, co nás vykořisťují a utlačují. Boj pokračuje!
