My book has attracted the interest of the public prosecutor’s office

So far, I have managed to share 148 copies of my publication Tato kniha není (z)boží (This Book Is Not Property) with people, and in connection with this, I have raised CZK 7,950 for deserters and war refugees. As expected, the state authorities do not like the content of this book and are trying to use it against me in ongoing court proceedings.

For example, one unnamed prosecutor from the book quotes it extensively and refers judges to individual chapters. All in the style of: “Look what a dangerous criminal Lukáš is, denying his own crimes of which he is now accused.”

I am neither surprised nor concerned by this. However, I would like to quote some of the prosecutor’s conclusions about me:

“He has been found to be a person who thinks through his actions very carefully in advance in order to successfully achieve his goals, as well as a person who has a very positive attitude toward writing down his anarchist ideas and spreading them in an effort to influence others.”

No one has praised me like that in a long time. Especially someone who wants to put me in prison. I won’t thank him. Instead, I’ll write another book and try to achieve my goals. The prosecutor guessed right. It’s true that when I do something, I think it through carefully beforehand. In the criminal justice system, this is probably considered an aggravating circumstance. In my opinion, however, thinking is what fundamentally distinguishes humans from rocks. Perhaps I will ultimately be convicted for behaving more like a human than a rock.
